First issues: large piece of cover front to Mazatlan with top marginal 4r pair with right stamp vertically bisected and with additional vertical bisect (from a different stamp) alongside both with GUADALAJARA district opts to make up an 8r rate well tied by boxed "Franqueado/en Tepic" marking in red. 1857 First issues: E.L. written from La Cruz Tepezal to Guanascuato with 1856 2r green opt ZACATACAS tied by fine oval RINCON DE ROMOS cancel with the date inserted in manuscript SOLDME/16445/C
1874 Official mail: printed SECREARIA HACIENDA official envelope sent from Mexico City to Anvers in Belgium. London transit b/stamp, boxed UNPAID and manuscript "2/2" rating. Anvers arrival b/stamp and manuscript "30" arrival rating. Unusual overseas usage of an official envelope £240ME/16452/C
1877 : regd. cover front addressed to Guanajuato with 1874-77 100c opt GUANAJUATO 52-76 tied by S. LUIS DE LA PAZ cds with manuscript date. Boxed S.L. DE LA PAZ regn. handstamp and receipted on the reverse in Guanajuato £150ME/16447/C
