values endorsed "Via New Orleans" with added USA 'LAREDO, TEX." transit
registration label. Both the 50c value and the transit registration

1923 original artwork (210 x 175 mm) for a 40c value featuring a map of
Costa Rica. The issued stamp was a similar design but with several
